 Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), allowing you to pay for your order when it is delivered to you.

Simply place your order online, confirm your details when contacted by our team, and pay the order amount in cash when your package arrives.

Order Confirmation

After placing a COD order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Order details
• Your availability to receive the package

Only confirmed orders will be processed for delivery.

Please make sure your phone number is active and available after placing your order.

 Delivery Attempt

Our delivery team will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package and make the COD payment.

If you are unavailable, the courier may make another delivery attempt depending on the delivery service.

 Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your COD order, please contact us before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For COD orders, repeatedly placing orders and refusing delivery may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
